*MAKEUP, HAIRSTYLING, BODY ART APPOINTMENTS PLEASE CONTACT FOR BOOKING* New Clients Depending on services requested, a $25 or $50 non-refundable deposit is required before your appointment. Deposits secure your appointment and will go towards full price of service. If deposit not made, your service will not be approved. Deposits may be transferred one time ONLY due to circumstance and is at the discretion of technician. Payment Remainder of payment is due the day of services or event. Cash, Zelle, or cards are accepted forms of payment. Tardiness If you are running late please inform me by text. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late, may be asked to reschedule or accept part of your services will be shorten and charged at full price. If tardiness becomes excessive, a $25 non- refundable deposit is required before booking next appointment. No- Show Appointments that you do not cancel within 24 hours and do not show up for your scheduled appointment. You will be charged the TOTAL COST of missed appointment, as well as make a non-refundable $25 deposit. Incident may be waived due to circumstance and is at the discretion of technician. Children Children can be disruptive to your service as well as other clients. Please try and make other arrangements for them. Safety and Sanitation I continue to maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times. As well as comply with all health and safety laws. If anyone is experiencing any cold/flu like symptoms, services will not be performed and you will be required to pay total of services. Cancellation Policy
NAIL CANCELLATION
To avoid any fees, reminders are sent before the service/event date. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so within 24 hours. If notice is not given, 50% of the canceled appointment total is charged.
MAKEUP | BODY PAINTING CANCELLATION
In the event the client needs to cancel the agreement more than 14 days before the event. The client will only be responsible for the deposit. Anything after the 14 days, the client will then be responsible for 50% of the total
services.
